We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable in house regulation (including, without limitation, through any failure to include any disclosures as required by us).

A. Program Participation, Generally

1. To participate in the Program, Referrers should submit via this webpage ONLY and required applicant's relevant document has to be uploaded as well as entering applicant contact information in the relevant fields on this webpage.

C. Making a Referral

1. A Referrer must register via this webpage before the application started. Once a Referrer refers a Friend, he/she will be provided with a confirmation email indicating that we have acknowledge his referral and the Elite application will commerce. This confirmation email also act as a registration for you being our Referrer, as you may not be our Elite member.   
2. Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements to be an Elite member. Referrers cannot refer themselves. For example, a Referrer may not create multiple or fake identities to participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.

D. Qualified Referrals

2. The Friend completed the purchase of an Elite program in one order via this webpage without engaging with other sale representative. The Friend (applicant) visiting personally and apply from Elite office will not qualify for this referral program. If a Friend purchases from using any other method, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral and the Referrer will not earn rewards;
3. The Friend had not previously made a contact with us and not an existing Elite member.

E. Claiming of rewards
