Can other family members use Thailand Elite services?
Services are generally restricted for use by the Member only. As for immediate family members traveling together with member, they are able to join member for airport fast track and limousine.
After becoming an Elite member, can I get a work permit?
TE can facilitate member to get work permit by provide necessary information such as documents to prepare, time of processing, and also EPL service to go along with member at Government department. For work permit, member has to be hire by a company in Thailand and that the company has to issued documents for member to apply Non B visa. Work Permit can be done after member has Non-B visa and use that visa apply for work permit. TPC may help member to get work permit faster as it actually take 2 – 3 weeks. All rules and regulation applied accordingly including fee(s).
Do I need to be in Thailand to apply for Elite Membership?
No, you don't need to be in Thailand to apply, Elite office only required softcopy documents for application.
How does the five (5) year visa work?
The Member is granted a special five (5)-year multiple entry VISA with automatic approval of one 1 year stay. The Member is allow to stay in Thailand for 12 months, however stay extend are required if member wish to stay longer than 12 months. Member require to visit Immigration office once every 12 months, if member never leave Thailand for one year. Immigartion fee THB 1,900 is applicable.
I am an individual member. Can other family members gets Thailand Elite visa?
No, Elite visa is only for member only.
Is the 5 years Easy Access Package renewable after 5 years?
No, it's not extendable or renewable.
In the event that the Member wants to transfer Membership to the third person, what are the procedures to do so?
Only Grand Individual member are allow to transfer once and subject to the rate of twenty percent (20%) excluding VAT of current market price at the time of the transfer and the approval as stated on Terms and Conditions of Thailand Elite Membership. After transfer, the term of the Membership is subject to the remaining period. Easy Access Member are not allow to transfer their membership.
What are the qualifications to be an Elite Member?
The applicant/the Member must have and maintain to have the following qualifications:
1) Being allowed to stay in Thailand in accordance with the immigration laws or any related law of Thailand;
2) Holding foreign passport;
3) Not having been sentenced by a judgment to imprisonment in any countries except for an offence committed through negligence;
4) Not having been adjudicated bankrupt; and
5) Not having been declared as a person of unsound mind, incompetence, or quasi incompetent.
After holding the Membership, how can the Member use the TE privileges and benefits?
The Member may simply send a request for service to our Member Contact Centre by phone or email in advance as per our service policy. Then our Member Contact Centre agent will coordinate with our service providers for reservation and service confirmation which will be returned to the Member within 24 hours.
After being an Elite Member, can I purchase a car under own it under my name?
Elite members are allow to hold and register the car under their name. The documents required may subject to changes;
- Current passport
- Visa
- The certificate of residence that issue by embassy or immigration office.
- The Blue book (Lem Tabian) will be issued with proof of ownership documents in the form of a registration ,which includes the owner's name and address.
- Car Tax and Insurance (All cars must display a tax sticker on the windscreen as proof that car tax has been paid)
- Compulsory Motor Insurance (CMI)will also need to be purchased from the DLT or an insurance company. This must be renewed annually.
About Visa
Can I choose to collect my Elite visa in my own country?
Member can affix Elite visa at Thai embassy in their respective countries, but prior notification with member service in advance of 15 working days is required. Member has to drop passport and come back to collect it in another day at the Embassy. We strongly recommend member to collect their Elite visa upon arrival in Thailand at Suvarnabhumi airport, Phuket & Chiang Mai (no available yet due to pandemic) airport. You will obtain your Elite visa in about 15 minutes.
In case, if member has connecting flight, they can get visa only at Suvarnabhumi but we need a time at least 3 hours before the next flight.
Does my child need a visa to stay with me in Thailand?
All foreigner must get visa to stay in Thailand but if they are under 14 years old, they can stay in kingdom with parent but they have to get visa to entry Thailand first (Tourist visa or Visa on Arrival). Please approach the immigration office to get clarification with regards to your child stay in Thailand. Once they are 15 years old or older, they have to apply the appropriate visa to stay in Thailand.
Do I have to report to the Immigration Office every 90 day? How does that work?
New Member has to do a 90 days reporting of residence address every 3 months of continuous stay.

If you live in Bangkok, you may drop your passport at Thailand Elite office and collect once its done on your behalf.
The process for 90 days report as follows:
1. Member can drop passport with a completed TM47 form at our TPC office in Sathorn from 09.00 - 15.00 every Tuesday.
2. Our EPL staff will take the passport with TM47 form to the immigration office on Wednesday.
3. The passport can be collect at TPC office on Thursday from 09.00-15.00.
I am currently working in Thailand and holding a work permit and Non "B" visa. What will happen if I get my Elite visa?
Before you obtain your Elite visa, you will need to cancel your Non "B" visa before hand.
