Existing 5 Yr Elite Easy Access (EEA) members have 2 upgrading options. 1) Elite Easy Access to 20 Yr Elite Superiority Extension 2) Elite Easy Access to 20 Yrs Elite Ultimate Program (Top Program) |

1) Upgrading from Elite Easy Access to Elite Superiority Extension
In order to upgrade the membership from 5 years membership package (Elite Easy Access) to “Elite Superiority Extension” you are required to pay for 500,000 (VAT included) and members will receive additional 15 years from the current membership. If your joining fee for the 5 yr EEA is 600k, then you just pay 400,000 instead.
After membership upgrade application has been completed, please kindly be noticed that there is no Short Haul limousine Transfer Service provided when you upgrade to Elite Superiority Extension package and membership is non- transferable and non-refundable.
Upgrade should be done early and during first 4 years if your EEA program.

1. Membership upgrade application can be done from your current Elite Easy Access package only.
2. Your current Elite Easy Access package should be valid at least 12 months.
3. After membership upgrade application has been completed, please kindly be noticed that there is no Short Haul Transfer Service (50 or 80 Km. International flight only) provided when you upgrade to Elite Superiority Extension package and membership is non- transferable and non-refundable/*Please kindly be informed that the upgrade option will be starting in January 2021. In case you are interested in upgrading option, please kindly complete below application form and submit below in order to apply for membership upgrade.

4) Current Elite visa
For Applicant within Thailand:
4) Latest arrival stamp to Thailand
5) Stay extension stamp in case member has stayed in Thailand over 1 year
Once we received all the above, you may remit the THB 1,605,000 or USD 50,156.25 (Included VAT) upgrading fee to Thailand Elite Privilege Card Co. Ltd.. Send us a copy of your bank transfer slip for verification with Finance Department.

Relationship between Elite Membership and Elite Visa
Only Elite members are able to request for an Elite Privileged Entry visa a.k.a. Elite visa. The PE visa is valid for 5 years and allows the member to stay in the country for 12 months per entry and able to extend beyond 12 months by visiting immigration office for a stay extension. If you passport has a validity that is less than 5 years, you will be issued an Elite visa that will expire with a date that is the same as your passport expiry date.
Should your choice of Elite program be longer than 5 years, then members shall ask for a new Elite visa sticker via Elite member service center prior expiry of the current Elite visa (6 months before the expiry).

Qn: How long will the upgrading take?
Ans: About 2 to 3 months.
Qn: Will I be issued a new member ID number and a new Elite visa sticker?
Ans: Yes, a new member ID will be issue as your are a member of the 20 year plan once you been issue your new ID number. And you shall book a date to affix your new Elite visa only about 6 months prior to the expiry of your current Elite visa sticker.
Qn: Do I need to provide any hardcopy document to you for upgrading?
Ans: No, we only need PDF or Jpeg files.
Qn: Do I need to be in Thailand or travel to Thailand for this upgrading application?
Ans: No
Qn: My original 5 Yr Easy Access expiry on June 2023. What will be my new expiry date?
Ans: As all Elite members given 6 month for free due to Covid, your new expiry date shall be Dec 2023. Hence after upgrading completed, your new expiry date will be Dec 2038.
Qn: What is the fee for my upgrading to 20 Yr ESE?
Ans: If you paid 500k for your 5 Yr Easy Access, then the fee for upgrading is 500k.
If you paid 600k for your 5 Yr Easy Access, then the fee for upgrading is 400k.
Qn: Can I choose to upgrade to 20 Yr ESE and make some changes to the benefits of this 20 Yr ESE program?
Ans: Strictly no, as both 20 Yr programs are our existing program. The 20 Yr EUP was initial launched in mid 2014 and our 20 Yr ESE was launched in Aug 2016. We are unable to alter the existing benefits stated as they were approved by the Board of director and Thai Government.
Qn: After upgraded my program to 20 Yr ESE, do I still entitled for the limousine service that come with my 5 Yr EEA program?
Ans: No, after you been issue your new 20 Yr ESE member ID number, there will be no more limousine service. As you will be our 20 ESE member and this program do not come with limousine service.
Qn: Can I take up this offer now while it last, but still enjoy my current 5 year Easy Access benefit?
Ans: No, once you been issue a new member ID, you are a member of the 20 year program.
Qn: If I upgrade to the 20 yr EUP program, when can I start to use the golf? Do I need to wait till my 5 Yr EEA ends?
Ans: Once you obtain your new ID number, you shall be able to book for your benefits like booking of golf course.
Qn: What if I lost my passport before my Elite visa expired, does that mean I lost my Elite visa?
Ans: No, as your membership status is recorded in our system. Once you have obtained a new passport with your Embassy, you then email Elite member service your new copy of your passport and request for a new Elite visa again to be pasted on your new passport.
Qns: Is there a limit of how many Elite visa stickers that can be pasted on my current and future passports?
Ans: No, you will have at least 4 or more elite visa stickers throughout these additional 15 years.
Qn: Why can't you simply paste a longer Elite visa on my passport, for example a 10 or 20 years Elite visa?
Ans: Most countries have a passport validity of 5 or 10 years. Immigration bureau will not issue an Elite visa that is longer than the validity of the passport.
If a visa that is longer than your passport, Immigration bureau will require passport holder to conduct a transfer of visa at the immigration office from old passport to new passport.
With a visa that expire same date as your passport, member can request to affix new elite visa upon their arrival at Suvarnabhumi/Phuket/Chiang Mai airport, this is much easier than to transfer visa from old to new passport. However due to the pandemic, affix Elite visa at airport is unavailable at this moment.
Qn: When and how do I affix an Elite visa?
Ans: If member are within Thailand and with no plan to leave Thailand, member should request to affix a new Elite visa via Elite member service call center, Chaengwanatta Immigration office will be the only place to affix Elite visa within Thailand. If member is oversea, member should requires to affix Elite visa upon arrival at airport.
